Terms of service
Last updated: [DATE OF PUBLICATION]
These terms cover your use of theintegrationdesk.com and the free services on it. Under Article 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means (ustawa o świadczeniu usług drogą elektroniczną), a business offering services online must publish terms like these. Each app and free tool can add its own terms on top (see Products and free tools).
1. Who provides the services
The Integration Desk is run by Vinit Kumbharkar, a sole proprietorship (jednoosobowa działalność gospodarcza) registered in CEIDG.
- Registered address: Złota 75A/7 00-819
- NIP: 5273188850
- REGON: 543053237
- EU VAT ID: PL5273188850
- Email: support@theintegrationdesk.com
In these terms, "we" means this business and "you" means anyone using the site.
2. Services we provide electronically
All of these are free of charge:
- Website. Reading the pages and documentation on theintegrationdesk.com.
- Contact form. Sending us a message about a project or question.
- Free tools. Using free tools such as EU VAT Check, once they are live, under these terms and any tool-specific terms.
3. What you need to use them
- A device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser (current Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge). JavaScript is not required.
- For the contact form: a working email address.
4. Start and end of each service
- Website: starts when you open a page and ends when you leave the site.
- Contact form: starts when you send the form and ends when the conversation is finished.
You can stop using any service at any time, without giving a reason and at no cost.
5. Rules for using the site
- Don't submit unlawful content, or content that infringes other people's rights.
- Don't send spam, or submit forms automatically or in bulk.
- Don't try to disrupt the site, get around its security, or access parts not meant for you.
- Don't submit other people's personal data without their permission.
6. Risks of using online services
Any internet service carries some risk: malware, phishing, interception of unencrypted data, or spam. We use HTTPS on every page and collect as little data as possible. We will never ask for your passwords by email. Keep your device and browser updated, and be careful with emails that only claim to come from us.
7. Complaints
If something doesn't work as described, email support@theintegrationdesk.com with your contact details and a description of the problem. We reply within [14 DAYS].
8. Liability
The site's content is general information, not professional (legal or tax) advice. Free services are provided as they are, and we may change or stop them. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the rights consumers have under mandatory law.
9. Content and trademarks
Text, code examples and design on this site belong to us unless stated otherwise. Names such as Pipedrive, inFakt and HubSpot belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility; we are not affiliated with them unless stated.
10. Products and free tools
Each app and free tool may have its own terms, published on its page or in its documentation. Those terms add to these. If they conflict, the product's terms apply to that product.
- Deal2Invoice (inFakt for Pipedrive) has its own website and terms:deal2invoice.com/terms.
- EU VAT Check: [TOOL TERMS: to be published at launch]
Paid custom integration projects are covered by a separate written agreement, not by these terms.
11. Personal data
How we handle personal data is explained in the privacy policy.
12. Consumers
If you are a consumer, or a sole trader for whom the service isn't professional in nature, you keep all rights mandatory law gives you. You can also use out-of-court ways to resolve a dispute, such as your local consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów); more information is on the UOKiK website,uokik.gov.pl.
13. Law and changes
These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, this doesn't take away the protection of the law of the country where you live. We may update these terms, for example when we add a new service. We'll publish the new version here with its date. Changes don't apply to anything you did before they were published.
